All items from Made by Kelly are handmade and personalised.
50% payment is required at the time of order, the other 50% when I’m ready to ship. 20% of the total order value is non-refundable and any refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Orders are completed in the order they are received. Turnaround times are 8-10 weeks, and up to 12 weeks for larger orders once order books are open.
Add-ons may be added up to 48 hours after an order is placed. Changes can only be made before the order has been printed or production has begun. Due to the personalised and handmade nature of all items, slight variations may occur and are not considered fault.
I won’t be held responsible for errors in personal details provided by the customer.
All special order items are thoroughly inspected upon arrival from suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards before being dispatched. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact Made by Kelly within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing clear photographic evidence.
